Day 3

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:                                                           
Time invested in improving ourselves cuts down on time wasted in disapproving of others.

STUDENTS:

1.                  High school volleyball summer open gyms will begin on Monday, June 21st.  They will be held on Monday’s & Tuesday’s from 12-2 & Wednesday’s from 5-7. –L. Wiefling
                
2.            Clarion-Limestone HS will be offering summer school Social Studies classes.  Please stop in the guidance office for applications. –T. Beers

3.            Congratulations to the Class of 2011, Sr. Class Officers: President – Hannah Keck; Vice-President – Kyle Cyphert; Secretary/Treasurer – Bryan Blanchard. –K. Wolbert

4.            Today is the last day to audition for Sensations – see Mrs. Bennett if you wish to audition. –T. Bennett

5.            There will be a meeting of all students taking ASL next year on Friday morning at 8:00 AM.  Report to Mrs. O’s room 106

6.            There will be an open gym & meeting today for any girls who will be going into grades 9-12 who are interested in playing JV/Varsity girls’ basketball.  It will be held from 6-7:30 PM in the HS gym. –Office

2.            Tracey Johnston will be in the Fitness Center on Thursday from 3:50-4:15 to train any faculty or staff member on how to properly use the equipment.  You must be trained on the equipment before you are permitted to sign out the key to use the room. -office           

3.            Robin Hope from the Reschini Group will be here on Monday, June 21st at 6 PM to discuss any insurance questions you and/or your spouse may have.  If you would like to attend you must notify Lisa Milliron by Monday, June 7th. -office

4.            Any students who have turned in sports forms but did not pay the $5 physical fee for a school physical MUST pay that fee before a physical appointment will be scheduled.  If you are getting a physical from your own doctor, the physical must be completed on the PIAA form in the sports packet and may not be completed prior to June 1st.  Please see Mrs. Wolbert if you need this form or if you have questions. –K. Wolbert

5.            8th graders who are taking ASL next year need to report to Mrs. O during first period today & Thursday. –L. Ondrasik

6.            Anyone wishing to audition for Sensations may do so today & tomorrow during & after school. –T. Bennett

7.            Any person who did not get their prom pictures yet should pick them up from Mrs. Bennett by tomorrow. –T. Bennett

8.            All Sensations members are dismissed after 1st period to attend graduation practice. –T. Bennett

3.            Any students in grades 7-11 interested in participating in any sport next school year should sign up in the office.  Physicals for all sports will only be given over the summer.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Wolbert in the office.  All forms and fees are due back to the office by the last day of school. –K. Wolbert
