The mission of the Clarion-Limestone Human Resources Department is to recruit, support, and retain staff by complying with Pennsylvania State regulations and by listening to the needs of our stakeholders. The Clarion-Limestone HR Department strives to maximize the potential of our students by recruiting quality personnel, and by providing accurate, timely and courteous services to all our employees and stakeholders.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, staffing allocations, employment opportunities, teacher and administrator certification, student services, transfers, contract negotiations, staff evaluations, paraprofessional certification, guest teaching and the implementation of NCLB as it relates to Human Resources.
